Cancellation Policy

Dear Valued Patients,

To ensure every patient receives the dedicated time, focus, and exceptional care they deserve, we operate on a strictly managed appointment system. When you book, that specific time and chair are exclusively reserved for you. To maintain this premium standard, minimize wait times, and accommodate emergencies, we kindly observe the following policy. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

To secure your appointment and respect our clinicians' time, a deposit is required at the time of booking.This deposit will be fully credited towards your treatment cost on the day of your visit.

1. Deposit Rates

1 – 1.5 Hours Appointment: $50 deposit
Over 1.5 Hours Appointment: $100 deposit

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Outside 24 Hours)

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to your new booking.

Rescheduling Limit: To maintain fair booking availability for all patients, a maximum of One (1) complimentary reschedules is permitted per booking, even outside the 24-hour window. Any further rescheduling requests will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future date.

3. Late Notice Policy (Within 24 Hours)

If you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend (No-Show) your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit is strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.

To keep our scheduling fair for all patients, rescheduling within this 24-hour window is not permitted, and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Exceptions (Emergency & Illness)

Your deposit will be 100% refunded or credited only if you are unable to attend due to a sudden illness or serious emergency. This is subject to providing valid supporting documentation within 7 days of the missed appointment (e.g., a Medical Certificate from a GP, Invoice, Receipt)
