Wisdom Teeth and Extraction
Toothache, Swollen Gum, Infection
Wisdom teeth may get stuck (impacted) against other teeth if there is not enough space for them to come through normally. It can cause tooth decay if the impact makes oral hygiene difficult. If the teeth causes discomfort or pain, you may need to remove it.

3D Scan
3D X-rays (CBCT) available in our clinic for Dental Implants, Wisdom Teeth Extraction etc
An OPG demonstrates the number, position and growth of all the teeth including those that have not yet surfaced or erupted through the gum. This can be particularly useful to check hard to see areas like wisdom teeth, or the development of a child’s jaw and teeth. It is also often used to check your jaw joint, the TMJ (temperomandibular joint), sometimes called the CMA (cranio-mandibular articulation), especially if you grind your teeth.
Some principal advantages of OPG:
• Broad coverage of facial bones and teeth including the TMJ (temperomandibular joint)
• Low patient radiation dose
• Convenience of examination for the patient
• Ability to be used in patients who are restricted in opening their mouth
• Short time required for producing the image
• Useful visual aid in patient education and case presentation
TMJ
Headaches?
If you experience persistent headaches that haven’t responded to traditional treatments or medication, the underlying cause may be related to the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). TMJ dysfunction can create tension in the jaw, face and neck, which may lead to ongoing headaches. If you’ve struggled to find answers, you’re not alone. A dental assessment can help determine whether TMJ issues are contributing to your symptoms and provide guidance on suitable treatment options.
