Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)

The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) provides basic dental services to children aged between 2 and 17 years. This service is capped at $1000 over 2 consecutive calendar years. 2 years cap period starts when eligible children first gets an eligible dental treatment. Dental services include check up, clean, x-rays, fissure sealants, fillings, root canal treatment, extractions and partial dentures.
This service does NOT cover orthodontic, cosmetic dental work or dental services provided in hospital.

Miracle Dental Care offers bulk billing for this service, so all you need to do is bring your child’s Medicare Card along to each appointment and we do all the rest in regards to processing claim. If you’re not sure as to whether your child qualifies for this scheme, feel free to contact us with your Medicare Card details and we will help you to identify this for you over the phone. Please advise our staff that your child is eligible for CDBS when making dental appointments.

NSW Oral Health Service Vouchers

NSW Oral Health Service Voucher must be issued by Sydney Oral Health Service prior. We are contracted to complete any treatment required on behalf of the NSW Oral Health Service, within their guidelines and limitations upon presentation of the relevant dental treatment voucher here at Miracle Dental Care.  Please note we are only able to accept vouchers issued by Metro North or Metro South Oral Health Clinics.

Please confirm with Medicare to establish your eligibility for bulk-billed dentistry at Miracle Dental Care as a public patient. Our Staff are unable to inform you of your eligibility status.  Please ensure that you inform the receptionist that you have been issued with a Government voucher when you make dental appointment.

Department of Veteran Affairs Members (DVA) - Gold Card Holders

Miracle Dental Care is a registered provider with the DVA to offer dental treatment with NO FEE. Please inform the receptionist that you hold a DVA Gold Card when you make dental appointment, and present your card at the reception desk upon arrival. Treatment under this scheme is subject to the Department of Veteran’s Affairs terms and conditions.
